Snow Day 2026
Tides low..Seagulls thick!

Looks like a lot of folks have shown interest in the annual pass---especially as a Christmas Gift. SO.....in the spirit of Christmas and to help facilitate those who are shopping for the boaters on their list this year....we are going to offer a limited time discount to kick off the introduction of our annual pass and to make the gift giving process easier.
From 11/17/2025 to 12/22/2025---we will be offering the pass at $100.00. That will make year round boating possible for only $8.33 per month. No more worrying if you have cash/cash app to pay or if you have paid....its all covered in advance ! And for all the messages I received...you can of course still pay per use/visit as usually (and no...if you paid to launch in the spring..it does not cover your take up in the fall for those who are wondering..LOL)
Feel free to DM to ask questions to learn more.

One more..LOl.
Here is a 32ft NE built Downeast Lobster boat with full keel hauling out of our ramp. Customer used a 2wheel drive F150 to haul out with....its all about the depth and slope that we engineered at the time of building the ramp...it doesn't just happen!

Had many conversations today about the size of boats we see here. When Fountain Powerboats needs a ramp other than their own facilities...they know where to go! Here is nearly a 40ft Foumtain prototype factory boat loading at our facility.

Lots of Westerly winds recently keeping the tide low. Customers wondering if they can get out for Winter. Our ramp on normal tide is 6ft deep.....thats deeper than the canal leading into the ramp. We had boats up to 30ft loading Here is a new 28ft Grady loading while the tide was low enough he could hardly get off his boat lift. I hope this is helpful

For years customers have asked if we offer a yearly ramp fee/pass. After much thought on how we would work such a program...finally we have decided to offer an annual pass.
Starting today..we now offer an annual pass for $180.00. For some this may seem a bit much...and for others this is quite a cost savings. The pass will include a North Creek sticker that you affix to your rear window on the driver's side. This will allow quick verification that you have prepaid . Ramp pass will be good until December 31,2026. Sticker is attached to your tow vehicle at the time of launch and is not to be shared between vehicles. Would make a great Christmas gift for the boater in the family...the kind of gift that is useful all year long!

Tide is down...but I would expect it to flood again late this afternoon with today's East Wind.

Post Storm High Tide. Tidewater is over the dock at the ramp and flooding into the road. Please use caution as this will make loading and unloading in low light conditions difficult ( before day/night time). Also use caution when parking as waterlogged ground will be soft and prone to damage from trucks/trailers.

WOW...what a weekend! We have had a packed house all weekend. Very happy to talk with everyone (sorry..I can be long winded I know.sorry if I hold you up..lol) and really happy to see even with all the traffic how courteous all our visitors were of each other.
I haven't been posting many fishing reports this year well..because the fishing has been really good most everywhere.
Tarpon are everywhere and nowhere all at the same time..just doing typical Tarpon things..but its been an above average year this year. Currently sounds like the Tarpon have a taste for the finer things and have camped out to the West of us near Washington. Trout fishing is good all around. Only problem currently is trying to find one small enough to keep with the current regs..lol. Lots of 24/25in fish around. Big Drum bite started here in the creek in April/May of this year..slowed a little in June and is back pretty good now. Fish have been caught sight casting/corking/and good old bait fishing..all getting it done. PuppyBlack Drum have been good..with some pretty fish being caught. Spanish starting to show up as well...and finally..flounder appear to be quite plentiful for the upcoming season. I hope everyone finds and finds time to get on the water...its time!
