Join us on your yoga mat for a fun and stimulating class focused on breath, balance and strength in the beautiful Ohio summer. Outdoor Yoga Classes at Crown Point Ecology Center. 3220 Ira Rd. Please arrive 15 minutes before class for registration/payment. Join us for a refreshing and fun yoga experience of breath, balance and strength in a summer time studio of sky, green grass and warm breezes. S

un salutations, standing and balancing poses, hip and shoulder openers, seated poses and abdominal work will be integrated into each class. Modifications will be offered for all levels of practice.
