As the weather gets warmer and we begin spending more time outside—walking, gardening, hiking, practicing yoga in the park, or simply soaking up the sunshine—it’s important to remember to protect your skin too. 💛

A few quick sun safety reminders:
☀️ Wear SPF 30 or higher daily
☀️ Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors
☀️ Don’t forget easy-to-miss areas like ears, neck, chest, and tops of feet
☀️ Wear sunglasses and a hat when possible
☀️ Check your skin regularly for any new or changing spots

“It was also interesting holding poses on the floor. I've been having trouble with my right leg recently…too much gardening and not enough specific leg strengthening exercises, but when I got up, my leg felt really good.” 💚
