💪 Protein: ~35–40g per meal
Ingredients (Makes 4 Meals)
✔️ 4 Chicken Breasts
✔️ 2 Cups Brown Rice (Cooked)
✔️ 4 Cups Broccoli
✔️ 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
✔️ Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper
Easy Meal Prep Steps
1️⃣ Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Bake at 400°F for approximately 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Cook brown rice.
4️⃣ Steam broccoli.
5️⃣ Divide evenly into 4 meal prep containers.
