🚨 Help Us Identify This Gang 🚨

Shortly after midnight last night, it appears the Hells Fairies or perhaps the Knights of the Tiny Round Tire trespassed at Jamestown Crag by going under the gate on mini bikes.

We’re going to need your help identifying this notorious organization.

👇 Drop your best gang name in the comments. 👇

All joking aside, this serves as an important reminder that Jamestown Crag is PRIVATE PROPERTY and dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and other motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited.

We work hard to provide and maintain sustainable access, trails, and the natural character of this special place. Please respect the property and the rules that help keep it open for everyone.

And to our midnight riders…

Don’t let it happen again.

đź‘‘ SAVE THE DATE đź‘‘

The 13th Annual King of the Crag returns to Jamestown Crag on October 10, 2026.

What began as a small grassroots climbing competition in the Arkansas Ozarks has grown into one of the region’s most unique outdoor events, recently earning statewide recognition with a Henry Award from the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism.

But at its core, King of the Crag remains exactly what it has always been: a gathering of climbers, friends, families, and outdoor enthusiasts who share a love for adventure and a passion for protecting special places.

Whether you’re competing, spectating, camping, or simply enjoying a fall day at The Crag, we’d love to have you join us.

More than a competition. More than a fundraiser. More than a decade of community.

Mark your calendars now and make plans to be there.

Humid? Absolutely.
Beautiful? Always.
Worth it? Every bit of it.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up today with tools, gloves, w**d eaters, and willing hands to help care for this special place.

From clearing trails and moving rock to hauling gear through the woods, this is the kind of work that keeps Jamestown accessible, beautiful, and free to visit.

Spread the word! And help us care for this special place. 🌲🪨

I wanted to personally invite everyone out to our next Trail Day at Jamestown Crag on Saturday, May 30 from 9AM–2PM. We’ll mainly be w**d-eating the Main Bluff Trail, flipping rocks back along washed areas, and helping clean up the trail corridor along the bluff.

This work makes a huge difference in helping keep this place raw, natural, and accessible for everyone who enjoys it. Whether you climb, hike, or just love Jamestown, we’d love to have you out there with us.

Bring gloves, water, eye protection, and any w**d-eaters or trail tools you’d like to contribute. Lunch will be provided.

Just direct message and let us know you’re down! Try to RSVP by Wednesday, May 27 so we can plan for lunch. Hope to see y’all out there!

Shoutout to all the Moms out there!

If it wasn’t for y’all, none of us would be out here getting to play on rocks, run the trails, and enjoy this crazy beautiful life.

Thanks for putting up with us. Happy Mother’s Day. 🌷

The weather looks good, the trails are calling, and the rock isn’t going to climb itself.

We’d love to see folks get outside and enjoy a weekend at Jamestown Crag — whether that means hiking, climbing, relaxing in a hammock, or just soaking in the beauty of the valley.

As always, help us keep this place special:
• Pack out your trash
• Respect the land
• Stay on established trails
• Leave No Trace

Send us your favorite photos from the weekend at The Crag. We’d love to share a few community shots from everyone enjoying the place we all care about.

See y’all out there. 🏕️🧗‍♂️

Those rocks lining the trail didn’t just show up.

They’ve been placed, one by one, by people who care about this place.

If you’re hiking along and see one in the trail that might trip someone up, please move it over and add it to the line.

It’s small things like this—as we invite you to steward this place alongside us.

Our goal is to keep this place raw and naturally, Arkansas - The Natural State. Join us in that vision.
