If you've been in the gym recently, you've probably noticed we've invested in some big time improvements to enhance your experience. Heavy weight copy paper, paper towels to dry the sweat, blood, and tears, and Coach Brayden's favorite, a multipurpose pail that can function as a chalk bucket, puke bucket, or even beer bucket on the weekends. If that doesn't scream premium, I don't know what does.

Waaaayyyy back in November, a few of our Train4Life Special Olympics athletes took a trip up to Indianapolis to compete in the first annual Special Olympics Indiana Fitness Games. They competed like champions, and the Iron RODs of Iron Yokes took home 2nd Place overall! Way to go, fellas!

We are starting a new session of our Train4Life program this Friday, January 23rd. This is a free fitness program for Special Olympics athletes (ages 13+).
