Our very first pop-up Park Party was a HUGE success! A few of you left before we were able to get you in the picture, but we had a great turnout! It was so fun being together again AND so awesome meeting new faces🤗

Grind2Fit Pop Up is almost here!! Come join us for a park party on Monday, June 19th from 6-8pm. Location is at Veterans Memorial Park in Union Township. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased via Venmo . Purchase price will go up after Friday, so be sure to get your tickets asap! Hello, sweet friends. Wow - what a night last night! We went out with a BANG like only grind can do💜

I will be posting lots of pics from our night together, so stay on the lookout for those.

For now, I wanted to send you the link for the online membership as promised. The cost is $25 per month with a 3 month minimum requirement. We do hope that you’ll continue to dance with us in your home and allow us to still be part of your wellness journey. Who knows - you may just see a pop up grind class somewhere down the road🤷🏼‍♀️💜

Women, especially moms, have lost their sense of self. They have minimal time for self care and don’t want to commit to hours at the gym, but desperately know they need to exercise and become healthier. They want something fun, convenient, and effective that they will finally stick with.

Last and certainly far from least, is my hubby. The man who pushed me over and over again because he believed in me.

He believed that I had a spark in me that could light up and help so many people. He believed in me until I started believing in myself. Which was quite the journey for sure🙃

Scotty D is the heart of Grind2Fit. He is the master of all of the behind the scenes that no one sees and he’s the one who has picked me up countless times and kept me going.

The birth of Grind2Fit came from one man believing in one woman until it became a reality. That is powerful.

Also - thank you to my amazing kids. Alec, Talan, Trista and Tate. They have sacrificed so much to build Grind2Fit. We always did this for them. And I hope we’ve made them proud💜

How about let’s give mad props to the lady behind the camera 📸!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Christal has taken her incredible gifts of photography and creativity and given us more than we could have ever imagined. From her candid shots of the instructors stank faces🫣to her absolutely entertaining insta stories - she has given us all something to look forward to each and every night after class. The time she takes to do all of this would amaze you. There have been many times where I’ve told her to take a break, but she never did. She always says she does it because she truly loves it. That’s who she is♥️

Christal has helped the grind in so many ways along the years and has always done it with the biggest heart. Always volunteering to help in any way possible. She has welcomed so many of you into the barn with a friendly smile and open arms.

Believe me when I say that we appreciate you, Christal. And we love you💜

I’m a bit biased because she’s my best fraaaaand, but Grind would not be what it is today without Sam.

Sam walked into the barn doors 5 years ago and started helping with just about everything. Sam is the one who made all of our grind gear, helped plan parties, worked the front desk, trained new staff, and was the only person in the world to ever know where my phone was. Every. Single. Time. 🤣

Sam poured her heart and soul into Grind2Fit. She wanted it to be successful and worked with me all the time to get it to where it is today. She has been my rock.

We have all seen her grow and become her truest self over the years. Goodness it’s truly been amazing to see.

We love you, Sam. Thank you for alllllllllll you’ve done for The Grind. 💜

God knew what he was doing when he gave us Candice. Candice was exactly what Grind needed at the exact time we needed it in more ways than I can even express🤍

Candice has jumped in head first with instructing and has given it everything she has. And has CRUSHED it! Her sweet smile is contagious and her heart is golden. I always say she’s an angel straight from heaven and I truly believe that to my core.

Candice - we have loved getting to see your fun personality on stage and hearing your song intros 🤣🤣. You truly are a gift from God to each and everyone who meets you.

Thank you for your sweaty hugs, your unwavering support of Grind2Fit and your positive spirit. You are SO loved. 💜
