Today was a great day for Notre Dame at Wayne High School.
Both boys' and girls' teams for Notre Dame took 2nd place.

Overall, we had 9 sectional titles!!
Emilie Noble was a 4-event winner in the 100 (12.37), 200 (26.43), 400 (59.23), and 400 hurdles (1:09.73)
MacKoy Hall was a 2-event winner in the shot (44'1.5") and discus (114'7).
Brielle McGirr won the discus throw with 94'11". She also placed 5th in shot put with a throw of 24'11.75".
Cooper Parker won the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:00.89. He also placed 2nd in Steeplechase with a time of 11:02.45
Sara Nickerson won the triple jump with 32'3". She also placed 2nd in long jump with a jump of 13'10.5".

Other top 6 performances:
Timmy Bartz was 2nd in the 110 hurdles with a time of 19.44 and 4th in shot put with a throw of 32'10.75".
Shirley Thompson placed 5th in the 100 with a 13.8 and 5th in the high jump, jumping 4'.
Chelsea Fitch was 2nd in the 1500 with a time of 5:26.94. She was also 3rd in the 800 with a time of 2:36.39.
Madelyn Casey was 6th in the 800 with a time of 2:46.60.
Damian Frazer placed 4th in triple jump with a jump of 37'3" and 4th in 110 hurdles with a time of 20.59.
Penny Thompson placed 4th in long jump with a jump of 13'4.5" and placed 3rd in triple jump with a jump of 30'
Mia Treleaven placed 4th in shot put with a throw of 26'3.5".
Stetson Hall placed 2nd in both shot put (39'4") and discus (106'6").
MacAlister Batdorf placed 6th in shot put with a throw of 31'9.25."
Girls 4x800, consisting of Emma Fitch, Ashley Kitchen, Luci DiRisio, and Madelyn Casey, was 3rd with a time of 11:47.91.
Girls 4x100 team of Madelyn Casey, Maisie Yunker, Shirley Thompson, and Penny Thompson placed 4th with a time of 55.50.
The boys' 4x100 team of Randy Laska, Roy Ricks, Damian Frazer, and Timmy Bartz placed 4th with a time of 50.59.
Girls 4x400 team of Ashley Kitchen, Chelsea Fitch, Emma Fitch, and Madelyn Casey placed 4th with a time of 4:43.02.
The boys' 4x400 team of Cooper Parker, Randy Laska, Andrew Compton, and Clayton Conrad placed 6th with a time of 4:06.89.
