Time is almost up! Registration for the 2026 BYB Fall Baseball season officially closes MONDAY, August 3rd! ⏰🏃‍♂️

Fall is one of the most exciting times to be on the diamond. BYB Fall Ball is fundamentally a developmental season—the perfect, low-pressure place for brand-new players to give the sport a try, and for returning players to get extra reps in. 🧢☀️

For our returning players, fall is also when kids officially move up to their new, grade-based divisions! Get a head start on learning the ropes of your new age group (Instructional through Pony) before the spring season arrives! 📈🎉

🚨⚾ We are in the final countdown because registration for the 2026 BYB Fall Baseball season officially closes NEXT MONDAY, August 3rd! ⏰🏃‍♂️ It's the perfect time to grab your glove and join us on the diamond before it's too late! 🍂🍁 BYB House Ball is fundamentally a developmental league, which makes our fall season the absolute best place for brand-new players to give the sport a try! 🧢 Whether your child has never picked up a baseball before or they're a returning player looking to get extra reps in 💪, we welcome kids of all experience levels to come learn the game in a fun, positive environment! ☀️🌬️

Keep the momentum going and enjoy some fall baseball with Batavia Youth Baseball! Whether your player is picking up a ball for the first time or advancing their skills under full-game rules in our Pony division, BYB offers a league for every age and skill level.

⏳ Registration Deadline: All registrations must be completed by August 3rd, 2026.
🗓️ Season Timing: Practices start in mid-August, games begin at the end of August, and the season runs right through mid-October.

⚾️ Did you know BYB has a league dedicated entirely to players with special needs? It’s called the Power League, and these incredible athletes would absolutely love YOUR cheers from the stands this season! 🗣️👏

Thursday night, we officially kicked off our season with a RECORD-BREAKING 4 full teams of players ages 5–22! 🏟️🎉

What is the Power League?
It is a fully inclusive, ALWAYS FREE baseball program for players with various special needs on or off the field. Every Thursday night, we kick things off with a practice focused on teamwork and skill-building, followed immediately by our games, which emphasize sportsmanship, competing, and the pure joy of being part of a team.

How can you help? Pack the bleachers! We invite the entire community to come out on Thursday nights to cheer these kids on (Woodard Field from 5 - 7:30 PM). It means the world to them to have a crowd supporting them, and it truly represents the very best of Batavia Youth Baseball!

A massive THANK YOU goes out to our incredible volunteer coaches and player buddies for keeping the games safe, supportive, and fun.

💙 Introducing the Brice Worley Teammate of the Season Award 🕊️ In October of 2025, the BYB family lost a truly special player, Brice Worley, after his brave seven-year battle with brain cancer. Brice was a fantastic baseball player, but he was an even better teammate. He was a constant cheerleader, a helper, and incredibly kind to every player, parent, and umpire on the field.

To honor his legacy, we have created an annual award to recognize house league players who embody Brice’s spirit of leadership, care, and outstanding sportsmanship.

Join us in celebrating the inaugural 2026 winners of the Brice Worley Teammate of the Season Award:

⚾️ NEW TIMESLOT ADDED! 🚨 2026 Pre-Travel Tryout Clinic Update

Wow, Batavia! You blew us away—the original 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM clinic session for our 8U/9U players completely SOLD OUT in record time.

We want to make sure every player has the chance to shake off the rust, sharpen their skills, and get dialed in before official travel tryouts. Because the demand was so high, we have officially opened up a second timeslot so nobody gets left on the bench!

⏰ Updated Schedule Details:
✅ NEW SESSION ADDED: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (For 8U & 9U players)

❌ 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Session: Officially SOLD OUT

(Note: For other age brackets, please check the main registration form for remaining availability!)

⚾️ Skip cooking tomorrow night and support our ballplayers! Join Batavia Youth Baseball tomorrow, Thursday, June 18th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a delicious Scoopie Night at Culver's of Batavia.

Whether you are pulling through the drive-thru after team practice or dining in with friends, Culver’s will generously donate 20% of your entire meal's sales directly back to our league!
