We are excited to share that Cruise has been invited to race in the 2024 World Karting Association’s Series Championship held at the Daytona International Speedway. Cruise will be representing the great state of Maine driving #207 KA 100 kart for DRT North America.
He has come back strong since his unfortunate accident in 2023. He competed at OVRP this summer and podium each race. Proving to himself that the comeback is stronger than the setback. Cruise continues to be a respected driver/racer with a very bright future. On behalf of the original team CLR #10, we are now looking for financial sponsorship partners to bring the highest level of competition.
Cruise is the type of racer that will represent your business or personal sponsorship with the highest integrity.

I’m home watching TV tonight listening to all the campaign adds. Knowing Austin Theriault as well as I do, it has been interesting to see how Golden runs his attack add campaign. This is why so many people are sick of politics. No truths to any of it. Austin Theriault is a honest hardworking young man, who is mentored by his grandfather. His grandfather would say, “You don't smear, you show why you're better!” I know Austin will fight for us.

Cruise was involved in a Karting accident yesterday at a very high rate of speed. I want to inform everyone that Cruise is doing ok. He is at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital in Lebanon, NH. So far what we know is:

*Head trauma w/ possible concussion
*Lacerated left lung w/ 2 broken ribs behind lung
*2 chest tubes
*Lacerated liver
*Small fracture in pelvis
*Broken left collarbone
*Broken thumb
*Road rash

We are waiting for additional scans and X-rays to determine other areas of pain. It was a very long night but we feel he is out of the woods and will recover. We now will focus on healing and recovery. He will be in the hospital for at least a week.

Thank you to the paramedics for getting Cruise, Megan, and I to the hospital quickly. Thank you to Steve & Michelle for getting the girls and our vehicles from the track to the trauma center. Thank you to our racing family for handling things back at the track. Thank to all who have reached out with your thoughts and prayers. I will do my best to keep you informed.

Absolutely an amazing weekend at Stars Championship Series in Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati. Racing two classes for DRT Racing gave Cruise the chance to put in some serious seat time.
206 Stars he finished 7th in the final, 4th fastest lap times just couldn’t quite catch the draft.
KA Stars the motor lock up in lap 11, but he was up into 19th position and was doing great. Tough class of 35 karts/racers from as far away as China/Russia and all over the US!

Thank you to all the family and friends that have supported Cruise through this entire 2022 season!

Solid first day at Stars Championship Series in Cincinnati.
206 Stars Qualified 7th finished 3rd in Heat #1 and 7th in Heat #2 - Starting 5th tomorrow!!
KA Stars Qualified 27th finished 24th in Heat #1 and 22nd in Heat #2 Starting 25th tomorrow!!

Very good very good first day in Nationals!!!

Race weekend at Stars Championship Series ! Competing in 206 Stars and KA Stars. Cruise will be up against some of the fastest kids in the country!

Championship Weekend at NHKA Racing Series in New Hampshire Motor Speedway - Loudon, NH was a crazy one! Great results by Cruise...We are so proud of the respect so many have for you as a racer. One of the most important things to earn with others you race with and against is respect. I was so overwhelmed with pride to hear from so many racers and parents just how great a driver Cruise is.

Thank you so much to all the family and friends that came out to the race in support of Cruise.
