We are a passionate team of people from vastly different backgrounds, eager to help our community meet their fitness goals in a fun and energetic environment. PraxisFit is a new type of gym—we do not cater to one specific body type or image of perfection. We are not focused on how much weight you lose or your max bench press. We do however, care about making you feel proud of your body and the hea

lthy lifestyle you are pursuing, all while being surrounded by people with similar goals. We want you to become the best version of yourself. We are strong believers in partnering with social causes in our community and world and strive to support organizations helping people in need. Utilizing state of the art equipment, sophisticated facilities, and a highly trained staff, PraxisFit offers the highest level of fitness training available whether you’re a Division 1 athlete, busy mom, student or triathlete.
