Hi, I’m Paris O’Neal! The head coach and founder of Create Strength Gym 🩵

I’ve been involved in athletics ALL MY LIFE (literally haha)! Over time, my passion has grown into helping others build strength, mobility, and overall wellness in their daily lives!

My training style combines:
• Strength training
• Mobility & flexibility
• Functional movement
• PROPER form & technique
• Sustainable lifestyle habits

I also love incorporating yoga, running, calisthenics, and athletic style training into my own routine because I believe fitness should be FUN!

Whether your goal is to get stronger, feel better in your body, improve movement, gain confidence in the gym, or simply create healthier habits, I’m here to help guide and support you through it!

CSG is home to the strongest, most courageous, and kind women I know. 🩵

Every woman who has walked through the doors of Create Strength Gym brings something special with her (these photos are just a few of the amazing women here)! Getting to coach you, encourage you, laugh with you, and watch you grow is the best part of my week.

To any woman who feels nervous about stepping into a gym…I see you. I know it can feel intimidating, but you belong there just as much as anyone else!! Your strength is already within you, and sometimes it just takes stepping outside your comfort zone to discover it.

To the women of CSG and women everywhere:
