Due to illness Kellie Powell will be subbing my Turbo Kick class tomorrow nights (Thursday) class at 5:30 p.m. I have the respiratory flu!!! She will be teaching Turbo Kick and she loves it as much as I do. I'll be back next week and will be ready to kick some butt! :)

Protein shake with cauliflower!

1 frozen cut up banana
5 frozen stawberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup cauliflower
1 1/4 cup nut milk

Optional: protein powder, 1/4 cup coconut water

Here's to another night of sweaty fun doing Turbo Kick round 82! You girls did awesome! Seriously awesome, and we got one more class together! However as mentioned tonight the class will be continuing with turbo queen Lyla Helgren starting the first week in April. I have a feeling yall are going to love her!!!!!!

Attention my fellow turbo kickers, sadly I will no longer be teaching turbo kick after the end of this month. I have two more classes left to teach in the month of March. I hope as many of you can come as possible. I have really enjoyed my time teaching turbo kick. Thank you to all of you who loyally supported my class.

O.K. so I know it's another egg shake but I just tried this one this morning and it is so good. Very high in protein. It is sweet so if you don't like sweet you might not like it. Protein powder is optional. It still has approx. 20 grams of protein WITHOUT protein powder.

1 cup frozen spinach
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana (I forgot in photo)
1 cup nut milk
1 pasteurized egg

Tomorrow's class will be subbed by the queen of Turbo kick instructors, Lyla Helgren. She has taught turbo kick for 15 years and she is a turbo Pro. She is awesome! Dinner recepie for vegetable lasangna with no noodles. Warning this does make a lot. (You'll have leftovers for lunch :)

1 onion chopped
2 squash chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bell pepper OR 8 mini peppers
Saute with 2 tablespoons olive oil 10 minutes stirring frequently

In a separate pan saute 1 clove minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil
Add 1 pound ground turkey
Season with Italian seasoning

Add 1 package chopped mushroom to onion mixture and sautee 5 additonal minutes covered stirring frequently

Add 1 lb or 16 ounces of spegetti sauce to meat. (Bertolli olive oil & garlic- tastes great and has less sodium)

Mix vegetables with meat sauce add 3/4 cup mozzarella, 3/4 cup parmesan (although you can use monterey as well)

I know you all already know this but this is just a reminder, when you do find yourself going through a drive-through (and I'm not suggesting drive-through!) DON'T get that meal deal! The fries and the soda add so many more unnecessary calories.

Suggestion: bring a little lunch cooler with ice packs and pack you up some water for the day. It will not only save you those extra calories but it's cheaper too!
