💛 Coach's Corner 💛
This week we're featuring Coach Katie—a Texas Aces coach, parent, and one of the many people who make our community so special.
Here's her story:
"Coach’s Corner
I am not only a coach, but a proud parent of two athletes here at Texas Aces. My journey started with both my girls joining cheer and now the youngest is in competitive dance as well. I have enjoyed watching them do what they love from the practice floor to the competition floor and falling in love with the community.
Soon after I started coaching little tumblers and have been working with them for the past two years. One of the things I have enjoyed the most is watching them grow and learn. It’s so bittersweet to let them go once they have advanced to the next level, but at the same time I am so proud of each of them.
This year I have the honor of coaching the two cutest teams in our gym. I am so excited to see how much progress these teams will make this year and all the memories to be made.
I have worked with kids in various roles over the last 25 years and have never experienced so much joy in watching my kids learn and grow!! I love this gym, love this community and so thankful to here!!"
We are so grateful for coaches like Katie who pour their hearts into our athletes every day. Thank you for being such an important part of the Texas Aces family. 💛
