What a day, and a bittersweet end to our season!!! Yesterday was our last tournament of the season as we played in the Pentagon Spring Fling in Sioux Falls. The girls came out big and made it to the gold bracket to fight for first place. They came up short against Yankton Area Volleyball Club in a tight three set match. We took second out of 16 teams and only lost the championship match.
The girls finished their season with a remarkable record. They played a total of 68 sets with 29 match wins and only four losses. Over the season they developed as players, added some more hardware to their collections, and had lots of fun! We cannot wait to see what their future holds and we are looking forward to next season!❤️🏐

Every tournament is a learning opportunity…the girls had to face adversity and overcome some dark moments. Not every game is an easy win or fun to play. Sometimes we have to dig in, have confidence, and learn to trust our teammates. We faced some tough teams, but ultimately it was our own mental game that became our biggest opponent.

I could not be more proud of each player…they pulled it together (for themselves and each other) to WIN first in the gold division of the Grand Island April Frenzy tournament.

What is sweeter than being tournament champions??? How about winning back to back tournaments!!! These girls were on
FIRE🔥 this weekend. They swept the competition in Minden and left as Champions. We then trekked across the state to Lincoln; where this morning the girls kept the momentum going and rolled over the competition becoming tournament champions at Wesleyan!!! Keep going girls; two more tournaments left in the season.

P.S. Shoutout to the Bassett Bombers!!! It was a blast to watch you play in Minden and take the championship! Congratulations!!! The future of volleyball is looking bright for Bassett!

Way to go girls!!! After a tough match loss this morning they dug in and worked hard to not drop another set. These girls ended their day taking 1st in the silver bracket at the Pentagon Meltdown in Sioux Falls today with a record of 4-1.

So proud of these girls!!!

We were short four players this weekend and these girls stepped up to the plate playing against some big teams this weekend.
The Siouxland Showdown hosted 49 teams in our division and brought us teams from Sioux Falls, Sioux City, and even Mankato. On Saturday the girls won two and lost one keeping us in the gold bracket. Today, we dropped our first match and won our second finishing 19th out of 49. Congrats Ladies!

Endings are always bittersweet…the lady Tigers came out strong today and won their first match of the day. After a tough battle they fell to a strong team (the Volt’s) from Fargo, ND, thus ending our season with a 5th place finish against 22 teams at the Sioux City Slam.

Words cannot describe the amount of pride we have for this team. Our small town club competed against numerous clubs from across the region. The opposing club teams we saw this season come from large communities (such as Omaha) who are able to recruit and hold tryouts. Our girls have shown that size does not matter and it takes heart to win.

We finish our 2024 season with a 27-2 match record! It has been a fun ride and we cannot wait to see where these girls go next.

We are looking forward to the 2025 season and hope to continue to expand our program. If interested in joining our team reach out to us!🐯

The girls were challenged today and had to fight to overcome adversity. They made it to the gold bracket championship game and secured a 2nd place finish. The girls learned that volleyball is not just skill, but a mental game as well. We have one more tournament at the end of this month, and they are ready to finish the season strong.
