How many of you have heard me say my goal is always to teach a class worthy of a taekwondo trifecta? For the uninitiated a taekwondo trifecta is when we have a puker, a bleeder, and a crier all during one workout. It does not have to be one individual to accomplish all three things!

We had two out of three today. Dr Nordstrom was bleeding because my granddog puppy, Goose used his needle teeth too nibble on Doc's fingers during stretching.

Odorado did not have an entry.

Your's truly however, noticed his tummy was rumbling before class. Unfortunately it wasn't from a heavy night of drinking. The culprit remains unknown but I can say with a straight face, that I puked my brains out on the side of the field, like a champ.

Of course, my inner monologue was screaming at me "How are you going to handle something like this if it happens at your promotion next month"?

The answer; Washed my mouth out with Gatorade and did another hour of class.

I love taekwondo, and the taekwondo trifecta!

It seemed like a good idea at the time (2pm), to get a 90-minute workout in. Only problem was that it was 88 degrees without a cloud in the sky.

Who am I kidding? It was an excellent idea, as the fruit of toil is the sweetest of pleasure.

This American, got 3 Korean Karate workouts in this week, in a Dutch soccer "pen" at my niece and nephew's elementary school. Even though I don't understand Dutch, it was easy to understand everyone walking by saying "We certainly don't play foot ball like that"!
