Leo left the last Branchbrook race with the green sprinters jersey in the 50+! He leads the series in sprint points, thanks to his teammates Eric & Arland, who helped execute the team’s plan perfectly that day. Leo won every point Saturday (third race of the series). He got into an early break, while & kept the peloton controlled so they could stay away. The peoloton was eventually caught, but he got into a break again and his teammates got back to work! This was their goal and plan, accomplished together as a team. Great job guys!

This week, we highlight one of our masters racers - one of THE best masters racers not only in this area, but in the whole country! Mike is a legend in various disciplines, and is a multi-time national track champion. He excels in track, road racing, cyclocross, time trials, and even gravel - he truly does it all and has the best energy (he’s kind & so inspiring) fun fact, he’s Devin’s dad!

Our humble captain, Stefan, tells us his favorite memory of the 2025 season - he really killed it at Somerville, pulling off an impressive top 30 finish out of 166 racers. His strategic positioning, endurance, and grit earned him an impressive finish among, literally, the best of the best pro and cat 1s from not only around the country, but the world! He also won the cat1 Road Race state championship last July, and he looks forward to crushing it again in 2026. This video kicks off the “25’ season highlights” series as we countdown toward the start of this racing season. Look out for more teammates sharing their favorite moments in the weeks to come!

Last Sunday, Alecia dominated the Dickerson Mine 3 hour Endurance Mountain Bike race. 1st place in the 45 + category! She was able to complete 5 laps in 3 hours and 45 minutes, just under 30 miles of trail and 3500ft of elevation. Great weather and a great turnout!

This month, Lauren and Stacey represented the team at one of the premier gravel events in the region, UnPAved in Lewisburg, PA. Ed also participated, as did many friends of the tram! Surprisingly, the day turned out to be mostly dry and pleasant. It was great to join up with other NJ teams/peeps for a fun-filled gravel adventure. Fun was had by all (along with fantastic results and some iconic snacks!)

Hell Hole Gravel Grinder Stage Race: Pat, Ed, Lauren and Stacey packed up and headed to The Francis Morris National Forest in Cordesville, SC for a three day extravaganza of gravel racing. The courses were super flat but riddled with potholes that crashed out many racers. Lauren came in second place overall women in the 45 mile race on Saturday. The rest of the crew raced the Friday 6.5 mile TT prologue, 77 miles on Saturday and 75 miles on Sunday. It was a grueling weekend.
Pat finished 6th place, 50+. Ed crushed, finishing 8th overall men, 3rd 50+. Stacey pulled off the 40+ victory, 3rd overall female. A great time was had by all!
