🏆 JUNE ATHLETES OF THE MONTH 🏆

Help us congratulate Janelle and Meredith, our June Athletes of the Month at Cobra Command!

💪 Janelle joined us last September with a simple goal: get back to prioritizing her fitness. Since day one, she’s been incredibly consistent, showing up 3–4 times every week, focusing on both her training and nutrition, and putting in the work no matter what life throws at her. Whether she’s at home, traveling, or enjoying vacation, Janelle knows she feels her best when she’s moving, training, and taking care of herself. Her dedication, stamina, and positive attitude have made her an amazing part of our community.

🥗 Meredith is our Nutrition Athlete of the Month. After joining Cobra Command a year ago, she decided to take things to the next level by working with Coach Tiffany. The results have been incredible. In less than six months, Meredith has lost over 5% body fat while gaining nearly 5 pounds of muscle. More importantly, she’s built sustainable habits that continue to improve her health, fitness, and confidence every single day.

Both of these women are proof that lasting results don’t come from quick fixes. They come from consistency, commitment, and making your health a priority—even when life gets busy.

11 years ago, Cobra Command started with a simple mission: bring real health and fitness to the Basehor and greater-KCK community.

No fluff. No shortcuts. Just coaching, consistency, and a place for people to get better.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve had the honor of helping hundreds and hundreds of people transform their lives. Stronger in the gym. More confident at home. Better in everything they do.

That’s what this has always been about.

To every member who has walked through our doors, trusted us, showed up on the hard days, and became part of this community… thank you.
