Bowling families,

Ali was part of our Unified Bowling team and her brother David has been part of both Unified and Winter Bowling for BLHS. I also bowl with Tianna, her mom, in a women’s league.

Tianna was a para for several years but needed to quit her full-time job to be Ali’s caregiver.

This is a family in need right now. Ali’s health is declining and rather than cook and worry about dinner, they’re spending as much time as they can with Ali. Here’s where we can help.

You can sign up to take dinner or purchase giftcards or even send money.

Please say some extra prayers for them.

There is a 1pm league on Thursdays and a few of our bowlers have joined! 💚💛

So before league on July 9th and July 16th there will be open bowling from 11am-12:30pm.

Crown Lanes in Leavenworth. If you arrive before I do, tell them you’re with Basehor Linwood Bowling.

Hey Bobcats!!!! Crown Lanes has buy 50 games for $50 thru May 31st! Great promo to get some extra practice this summer.

Also, Simon, former BLHS Bowler now at Baker, is willing to meet anyone at the lanes to practice. You can comment below if you’re interested and you can make arrangements.

These 3 represented your Bobcats today. They fought hard all 3 games. There were definitely some unfortunate leaves and missed frames but they performed well. So proud of you ladies!!!

The field was 72 5A female bowlers! Your Bobcats finished in the top half!!

Kenzi finished 33rd with a 496! (1st time qualifier)

Elly finished 31st with a 499! (4-time state qualifier)
Thank you for your commitment for 4 years and being the 2nd Bobcat Bowler to make it to state all 4 years! Your 5th place finish your sophomore year is the highest in program history and our first placer at state!! You will be remembered years to come!!

Kayleigh finished in the top 20 placing 18th overall and receiving a medal. (3-time state qualifier)
