I can’t say enough good things about Eddie Modestini’s teaching. 🙏

His approach to backbending and spinal health has helped me open my back in ways I honestly didn’t think were possible. What I love most is that his teaching is both deeply intelligent and incredibly accessible. Every technique has a purpose, and the results speak for themselves.

If you spend time at a desk, in a car, on your phone, or simply want a healthier, stronger spine, I highly recommend this workshop.
