The gym is CLOSED today, Monday, September 7, so our athletes, coaches, and families can enjoy the holiday.

Rest. Recharge. We’ll see everyone back in the gym tomorrow!

B — BUILD.
Build each other up. Build confidence. Build character.

A — ALL-STARS… and so much more.
Achieve. Be accountable. Have the right attitude. Always give your best.

S — SUPPORT.
Support your teammates. Clap for them when they win. Pick them up when they struggle. Remind them who they are when they forget.

Because TEAM isn’t just about what happens on the cheer floor.

One day the uniforms will be put away and the competitions will become memories, but learning how to show up for other people, lead with kindness, work through hard things and be someone others can count on… that follows you into real life.

I want our athletes to win. Of course I do. 😂💙
But more than anything, I want to raise leaders and genuinely good humans.

Quick reminder to my coaches, parents and athletes 💙🫶🏼

People learn differently when they are not spending half their energy protecting themselves from embarrassment. They ask the question they might otherwise keep to themselves. They try before they are certain. They admit when they do not understand. They take risks because getting something wrong does not come with the fear of being made to feel small.

This matters in classrooms, workplaces, friendships, marriages, and especially in families. Constant criticism may produce compliance, but encouragement gives people enough room to develop judgment, confidence, and eventually a voice of their own.

Growth requires correction sometimes. It just should not require humiliation.

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY CLOSURE REMINDER!

BAS will be CLOSED Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. 💙

🤸 Monday Tumbling Athletes: You may make up your missed class in an appropriate Tuesday or Thursday tumbling class, based on skill level and availability. Please message us ahead of time to reserve your spot.

⭐ All-Star Athletes: Let your coach know at your next team practice if you’d like to drop into an additional tumbling class to make up for the holiday closure.

✨ Team Glitz: Wednesday team practice will run as scheduled! Glitz athletes may also make up Monday’s tumbling session in an appropriate Tuesday or Thursday class.

All regularly scheduled classes resume Tuesday, September 8.

Team Glitz is our upcoming showcase team designed for athletes who want to learn real All-Star cheer skills, tumble, stunt, perform, build confidence and become part of a team while keeping the commitment low and the FUN high.

Athletes get two training opportunities each week, a Team Glitz shirt + bow, friendships, confidence, skill development and the chance to experience what being part of BAS is all about.

And we’re working toward something BIG! Team Glitz will finish its season performing its showcase routine alongside our All-Star teams at Nationals!
