Meet Dorien - One of our incredible Exercise Physiologists at Discover Strength Lantana!

Dorien is originally from Marietta, Georgia, where sports and training quickly became a central part of his life. Growing up, he explored football, baseball, MMA, and track, but it was baseball that truly captured his heart. That constant pursuit of improvement in athletics sparked his deep appreciation for the training that drives performance.

His passion led him to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Coaching... all while competing as a collegiate baseball player for four years.

For Dorien, studying the mechanics of human movement and applying that knowledge to help others reach peak performance isn’t just a career - it’s a calling! He is committed to expanding his expertise and equipping clients with the science, coaching, and motivation they need to achieve their goals.
