Last potluck before we have to start a new adventure. Thursday, June 25. Everyone past present and future :) may attend. It will be BBQ potluck. Side dishes, desserts, or whatever you want to bring to share. Please let me know if you will be attending and what you will be bringing.

I want to thank you all for allowing me to teach such a wonderful group of people throughout my time as the instructor of Movin' and Losin' My classes are being cancelled and June will probably be our last month. I hope to continue somewhere else or just continuing to do workouts at the gym as a individual and i would love for everyone to come and workout with me. You are all like my family and I want to keep in touch with each and every one of you. :)
