Sending some love to Ukraine with our latest art deck featuring Saint Mary of Javelin...

The image has become a symbol of Ukrainian Resistance to the War there and features the Virgin Mary holding a US made FGM-148 anti-tank weapon known as a Javelin.

The bottom of the deck his the Blue and Yellow colors of the Ukranian Flag, the St. Javelin Image, Destructo 5.25 MIDS trucks, VXB Bearings and black 52mm blank wheels.

The Top is simply our Wassup Sk8er Logo under Clear Grip Circle and Black Widow Griptape.

Local Barstow Skater Kevin Swarens goes Blind at Wassup Sk8er

Kevin Swarens of Barstow is starting the New Year 2017 with a brand new skateboard from Wassup Sk8er.

Our last customer of the Year came into Wassup Sk8er with his Friends Jacob Palmer, Logan Gutierrez and Caleb Shuell to pick out a new skateboard.

He chose the 8" Blind High Roller SS in Rasta, Venture Low 5.25" Lights in Green/Gold and Ricta Clouds 52mm All Terrain Cruiser Formula soft 78A White Wheels.

Went with Clear Black Widow Grip to not cover the nice artwork on top of the deck.

We appreciate all our customers and thank you for a great year and hope you have a great and fun 2017.

Local Barstow Rapper Crew picture posing with ther brand new Skateboards at Wassup Sk8er in Barstow.

CORACLAN Rapper and Skate Crew are Paul Newell , Deximus Maximus Meridius and Jamal Macon .

They got the Hookup from longtime friend Brandon Stone Rose-King who needed a big favor from the Crew. After Steppinig up and helping Brandon out, Brandon Contacted Wassup Sk8er and arranged for new Pro Competes for the Trio..

Barstow's Savannah got hooked up at Wassup Sk8er

Savannah Geene Buys her first Pro Skateboard at Wassup Sk8er in the Barstow Mall this week.

Savannah goes to Barstow Community College and wanted a nice pro setup to skage with her friends, so she came to Wassup Sk8er looking to get hooked up.

She immediatly noticed the Deathwish 8" Moose Gang Name II Deck with awesome top and bottom graphics... She also noticed had warped a bit, but she still wanted it if we could hook it up for her.

Not A Problem...

She completed the setup with Royal Evolution Crailtap 2 trucks, Alien Workshop Classic 52mm wheels, Speedy Lunatics Abec 7 bearing in yellow and Black Widow Grip.

Cool Setup...

Chris Ramos and his Awesome Setup...

It all started with a request from Chris Ramos... He did his research and decided his next setup had to have Thunder 147 Lights, Preferably with Hollow Axle and OG Polish all around...

Not a problem... We special ordered a pair of Thunder Snake River 147 Hign Hollow Lights. only 10.7 ounces each, They have Kingpin, Hollow Axle and Light Base.

So Chris Ramos, Diane Brady and Baby came by to pick out the setup... Element 8" MCMXCII Deck, 53mm dual color wheels, Bones Redz Bearings, Diamond Hella Tight 1" Allen Hardware, 1/8" Lucky Clear Risers and MOB Black Grip...

So, That's how Chris Rolls....
