We received more rain from last night's thunderstorms. We are keeping the mountain bike trails closed for a bit longer to dry out.

The rain is much needed but we have to make sure to not damage trails as they dry out slowly in the cool weather.

It's still wet from yesterday's rain, 🌧 thunderstorms are building, and we're under an unusual October Tornado 🌪 Watch. We'll hold off on reopening the MTB trails until at least tomorrow.

All singletrack trails were leaf-blowed over the weekend. 🍂 🍁 Conditions are currently very good, but may be affected by rain this week. 🌧

Ski trails are in good shape for hiking. 🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️

*Come join us - there are tasks for all abilities - and Free Lunch!

*If you're using the property, expect to encounter people working on Saturday, including leaf-blowing. It's our desire to get as much done as possible now, to keep the woods quieter for all as we get into November.

Enjoy the great weather! Biking and hiking are good with dry trails. Leaves are present in many areas. 🍂

Skiers: start doing your snow dances now. Seasonal outlooks are showing a strong el niño this winter, which usually means poor skiing and warm weather - but we all know that forecasts can be wrong. 💃 🕺 ❄️ ⛷️
