by Fitness Fusion expert, Cindie DeMello. Using her 30 plus years experience in the
fitness industry, Cindie has created a
program that guarantees success. The

exercise, specific nutrition plan and
personal support are the hallmarks of
Quick-2-Fit programs. Over the course of Cindie’s 30 years in the fitness industry,
she has noticed the need for healthy, calorie and ingredient-conscious food. She found that a major roadblock keeping people from reaching their health goals was time; the time it took to plan, shop, and cook healthy meals. After attending Johnson & Wales University Cindie had all the ingredients to launch good4u, a healthy meal delivery service with a personal trainer’s stamp of approval. She, Tanya, and their team create delicious meals that will make your body and soul happy. The healthy, nutritious and tasty meals that we deliver to you start out as locally sourced, fresh produce and meats that are delivered the day before we cook. All of our cooking is done at Hope & Main in Warren, Rhode Island, a culinary business incubator with code-compliant, shared-use commercial kitchens. All of our food is prepared from scratch with the exception of a few products that we like to use from other Hope & Main businesses. We also buy from farmer’s markets and other local sources. Chef Cindie DeMello – A private chef located in Rhode Island, personal fitness trainer and entrepreneur who loves to cook healthy, yummy food. Sous Chef Tanya DiMarco – An experienced cook who adds those last minute touches to your healthy, yummy food and keeps the meal delivery business running.
