Ryan did a amazing job this past weekend securing Four Horsemen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s first tournament appearance and gold medal! A hug thank you to all of our teammates that supported Ryan leading up to and also being there the day of competition. I’m so proud of how these guys carried themselves over the past few months. I can’t wait to be in their corner in the coming months.

So you know the deal, we are back to work Monday night preparing for our next set of matches. We will see you on the mats and as always, Wooooo on 3…..
