*Explosive training utilizing Plyometrics, medicine balls, and Olympic-type lifting techniques

*Multi-joint, total-body strengthening using body weight, resistance bands, kettlebells, and free weights

We are all struggling and it will be an uphill battle, but don’t give up! There is a bunch of stuff you can do while in quarantine: Push-ups, sit-ups, planks, stretching, meditation, yoga, hell dust off those old abs/buns of steel VHS tapes! You got this!
