I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have been trained by the world's best teachers and the ones who are keeping Joseph Pilates dream alive. Not every Pilates studio is the same. With The Real McCoy True Pilates, you are getting the same instruction that Joe himself shared so

many years ago. Joe and Clara Pilates put faith in Romana Kryzanowska to carry on their work-and carry on the work she did! Her daughter, Sari, has been one of my master teacher trainers these past years. At True Pilates New York, I have learned so much, yet every day I learn something new with this work. This Work that Joe Pilates called Contrology, is the best thing you can give your body. Why you ask? Here are some benefits: your mind stays sharp (one must pay attention during his/her workout), your core builds strength from the inside out-not just those visible outer muscles. This allows your posture to improve, back strength/flexibility increases, muffin tops melt away and just plain confidence to move more gracefully and powerfully in your everyday movements and sporting activities. You will sweat. It is a workout. Joe Pilates first started training German Militia and professional boxers-so guys, think this work is for women only? Think again. You will be greatly humbled. As a Romana's Pilates trained instructor, I am committed to keeping this work as Pure as it was meant to be. Experience why True Pilates is different. I AM OFFERING ONLINE LIVE MAT CLASSES!! I am using ZOOM as the platform. Please send me an email if you are interested. You will need a good pilates mat (or, if you only have a yoga mat, make sure to place on a thicker carpeted surface), 1-2 pound hand weights.
These classes are a fun way to feel connected to the outer world during this unprecedented time we are all going through.
Please EMAIL me (link on page) or call/text 508-274-3344. I will try to accommodate and pick a time (s) that works best for all.
