How to start without feeling lost.

Walking into the gym for the first time can feel overwhelming - but it doesn’t have to.

Here’s a simple plan to help you start strong and build confidence:

1️⃣ Warm up (5-10 minutes)
Pick something easy - treadmill walk, bike, or row. Just get your body moving

2️⃣ Strength (20-25 minutes)
Choose 3 machines to focus on

3️⃣ Core & Stretching (5-10 minutes)
Add planks or crunches, then stretch your hips, chest, and shoulders
