Fall 2021 provided some of the best fishing I have seen in my 25 years. As many fish as you could want! Some truly insane fishing was going on for a solid month. If you are looking to get out in April, May, or June call now. Mid May through the first week in June have proved to be the best two weeks of fishing locally for us. Limited spots available this year due to full time job. Thank you everyone for supporting Morning Wood Sport Fishing! Big things are in the works!!

Solid day today aboard the Morning Wood. We saw slower fishing then the last few trips but were able to get on a good amount of bass before the wind came up. Looking forward to the last few weeks of fishing for the year!

Was able to get out last week on the yellowfin bite in the Parker 21SE. Always a blast having a good group of guys on the boat. Thanks boys!

Great fishing continued yesterday with fish from 47”-53”. Had a great group out that both got their personal bests.. Very little fishing pressure on these fish has provided excellent fishing so far!
