Oh my my my , Ella Higdon is heading off the college. Despite the fact she’s the best athlete in her family she has decided not to play a sport in college. Ella has been coming since she was an 8 th grader, and she had the RBF going strong back then. Now we can’t get her to quit smiling or laughing. We def will miss her around here . We wish you the best kiddo , we hope to see you on winter break. Darkside Performance

Saying goodbye to the princess Press Presley Hagan coming into this summer we had to work around an injury and it did make it much diff this summer but thanks to Belt Squat Proven by Science for having the best belt squat on the market we overcame a lot . The injury prevented us from loading her back with significant weight so we made the switch to the belt squat and it was golden. Good luck princess see you in the winter Spalding University Women’s Volleyball
