We all have times when we lack motivation, especially during the luteal phase of our menstrual cycle. However, it's important to show up for ourselves and our goals even when we don't feel like it.
If you're struggling to find the energy for intense workouts, (like me today!) consider incorporating light workouts and stretching into your routine. These types of activities can still provide physical benefits and help you maintain momentum towards your fitness goals, even on days when you're feeling less than your best.
Remember, consistency is key when it comes to building healthy habits. Keep showing up for yourself, even on days when it's tough, and you'll be one step closer to reaching your goals
