🎃👻 OKAY, BARBOURSVILLE… LET’S MAKE BOO FEST BIG! 👻🎃
We’ve got the vendors.
We’ve got the food trucks.
We’ve got the movie.

Now we need YOU to help us fill Boo Fest with some FUN!

We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, clubs, schools, teams, nonprofits and community groups who want to set up a FREE activity station or trick-or-treat station at Barboursville Boo Fest!

Activity stations:
Games, crafts, challenges, photo ops, Halloween activities, contests… get creative!

Trick-or-treat stations:
Decorate a station and hand out candy. Make it silly, spooky, festive, or all of the above.

And here's the deal: the space is FREE — but we're looking for groups willing to bring the supplies and volunteers to run their own station. For trick-or-treat stations, that includes providing your own candy.

It doesn't have to be fancy. It doesn't have to cost a fortune. A folding table, a box of candy and a good idea can be enough!

The more groups that jump in, the bigger and better we can make Boo Fest. This is your chance to be part of what could become one of Barboursville Park's biggest family events of the year.

That’s right — Halloweentown took the top spot by a huge margin, and it will officially be our movie for Barboursville Boo Fest. We can't wait to watch this movie on the big screen at the Amphitheater, and it seems like a LOT of you feel the same way!

A BIG thank-you to everyone who voted, shared the poll, debated your favorites, and helped us decide! We loved seeing the excitement around this.

And if you think the movie is the only thing we have planned…

👻🎃 VENDORS WANTED FOR BARBOURSVILLE BOO FEST! 🎃👻

We're looking for local businesses, makers, crafters, nonprofits, community organizations and other family-friendly vendors to join us for the first-ever Barboursville Boo Fest at Barboursville Park!

⏰ 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Barboursville Park Amphitheater

We're planning an evening of Halloween fun for the whole family, including:

Local vendors & food
Trick-or-treating
Costume contest & parade
Kids' activities
Family movie under the stars
And more!

🚨 VENDOR SPACES ARE 100% FREE! 🚨

That's right — there is NO vendor fee to participate in Barboursville Boo Fest.

If you see anyone commenting on this post offering to “sell” you a vendor spot or asking you to send them money for a space, DO NOT PAY THEM. Vendor registration is being handled directly by the Village of Barboursville/Barboursville Park.

Vendors will need to provide their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs and tent weights.

We're looking for a variety of vendors to help make this a fun community event, so whether you sell handmade items, operate a local business, run a nonprofit or community organization, or have something families would enjoy — we'd love to have you!

🐐👀 GUESS WHO'S COMING TO FALL FEST?!

Let's just say there will be some four-legged visitors making their way to Barboursville on Saturday! 🐐🐑🦙🐢🐇

They'll be bringing some furry, fluffy and maybe even a little slow-moving friends for the whole family to meet! ❤️
