Congratulations to Lily Rogers for taking 2nd Place in both of her events - shot put and discus!! Lily's double silver is the highest finishing position for a Baraboo athlete at the WIAA State Track and Field Meet in any event since Josie Schaefer's double gold 1st place victories in the shot and disc in 2017. While several Baraboo athletes have made podium appearances since then, no other Thunderbird athlete has taken the top spot on the podium during this timeframe. What Lily has been able to achieve is historic and I am so very and grateful to have been able to bear witness to the career she has assembled so far!

Let's go relentlessly chase those double golds for Senior season next year!
