Good afternoon Kebo Ladies,
I have some good news! The Board has approved a small renovation of the ladies’ locker room! Yay! I have talked to many of you over the past couple of years about needs, wants and wishes. Of course, we cannot do everything, but we will be incorporating many.
My main need today is to get your help with the current furniture in the lounge area, as well as some of the artwork. Please contact me, Jacque Fitzpatrick, as soon as possible at (207) 460-8922 or email at [email protected] to claim any pieces you may have donated. If you would like any of the pieces (we’re keeping all the Kebo related images), please contact me through a private message or email. Otherwise, as long as you all are okay with it, whatever is left will be donated to the YWCA in Bar Harbor or the Emmaus Shelter In Ellsworth.
We are seeking donations of current women’s golf memorabilia to be displayed. We want to encourage our young people by showing them relatable images and attainable goals!
Regarding donations, we would gladly accept any service or monetary donations to the project. It has been quite a struggle to get contractors to even look at the project, and now we need to hire them. If you have an available electrician, carpenter, or tile person, please contact me ASAP.
Our hope is to present you with a new and improved locker room in the Spring!
