Congratulations to Lees-McRae men's lacrosse student-athletes Connor Costigan, Cayden Onagi, and Adam Ross for being named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-Region South Teams.

Onagi earned third-team honors while Costigan and Ross were selected to the honorable mention teams.

Lees-McRae men's lacrosse earned its first trip to the Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Championship Final after defeating North Greenville, 16-12, in Young Harris, Georgia. The Bobcats concluded the 2026 season with the most wins in school history and received votes in the USA Lacrosse Division II Men's rankings on April 21.

Lees-McRae College Director of Athletics and Club Sports Ed Winters announced the addition of Dallas Renzi as the Director of Sports Broadcasting/Assistant Sports Information Director. Renzi officially started on May 12, 2026.

Renzi comes to Lees-McRae after spending the last two years at Lenoir-Rhyne University as an athletic communications graduate assistant. Dallas was the main play-by-play broadcaster for the majority of all Lenoir-Rhyne athletics and broadcasted over 300 home sporting events during his time in Hickory.
