Summer practices are ramping up ā soccer, basketball, volleyball, track⦠you name it! Athletes are on the field and court giving it their all. ššā½ļø
But hereās the truth: sport alone isnāt enough.
If your athlete wants to get stronger, faster, and more resilient this summer ā resistance training needs to be part of the plan.
