Also next week the Bee Hive is going to be used all week as the library has it's yearly book exchange. We can have class that week up at the park is you so desire, we will talk about that tomorrow.

To all Vee Arnis JItsu practicioners plus any other style martial artist that may be interested. Sensei Barrett Steltz who has had many weeks vacations over the past years studying in the Philippines, will be giving a seminar teaching various techniques such as classical and modern Arnis, striking/ locking/ trapping and disarming techniques among others that are sure to enhance your knowledge and ability. I highly recommend you take advantage of this opportunity. Any other practitioners of Various Martial Arts are more than welcomed to come and participate and enjoy. A great night for Shihan Tim Vicario as he is awarded his Sichi Dan 7th degree Black Belt! Decades of dedication and giving back to his community to provide quality training for those looking to protect their families. Tim is a shining example of what Prof. Vee's system is all about. Instilling self confidence, commitment to his students, teaching the values of the importance of taking care of one's Mind, body, and spirit, to all that aspire to improve their life and the ones they love. Much respect to his Wife Irene and sons Tim Jr. And Vincent to encourage him to push his limits and attain his goals!

Class this week will be postponed due to the Borough having their meeting this Thursday. Just heard from Bangor borough today, that due to next Thursday being Thanksgiving that they are moving their meeting to this Thursday therefore we will be having class this week on Wednesday November 19th. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks Charlie
