STARTING TOMORROW: For the time being, Middle School Viper lifting will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm-6pm at Bangor HS.Any incoming 7th or 8th grade student wanting to play football is encouraged to attend. This too is for students in Lawrence, Bangor and Covert. You are the future of the Viper program. Learn how to do lift properly and get to know your teammates and coaches. GO VIPERS!

Due to the Lawrence Spring Awards being during our scheduled lifting time in the evening that time has been changed for tomorrow Wednesday 6/3. We will now be hosting workouts at Bangor 10am-12p and at Lawrence from 1p-3pm.

Time to hit the ground running this week. 2 lifting options on both Monday and Wednesday this week. Players are expected to make the morning or the evening each day. Then we have our first camp night on Thursday to start our summer install and start truly forming the foundations of everything this program can become.
