ACE-certified personal trainer, Wendy Morrill, will guide you through your fun, safe and individualized training plan in a small group setting at LA Training in Bangor. Let me help you reach your fitness goals. It's $100 per month for two one-hour sessions per week. You arrive and start anytime between 4:45-5:15 pm and finish by 6:15. I also have some time slots open for individual or paired training.

I'm going to change to summer hours for small-group fitness on June 22nd. Mondays and Wednesdays - arrive to start anytime between 6 - 7:15 am. The personalized workout takes about 50 minutes, then you will be done for the day!

Summer is coming, summer is coming!! Warm weather is headed our way. Give me the next three months at LA Training and you will see a slimmer and more toned body in time for summer. It's personal training in a small group, just women. There are optional weekly weigh-ins to keep you on track, monthly measurements and a friendly, supportive group. The training is fun, very affordable and designed just for you. We meet 2x weekly - Mondays and Wednesdays at L.A. Training in downtown Bangor. . Just message me with any questions you have. First two weeks are free.
