It's Team Stewart for the win today. Mitch, Tyler, Brent, and Bruce were looking sporty for the 1-2-3 Tournament today and brought home this weeks Marcy's Outfit of the Day award!

We had some serious action on Labor Day. First off..Troy Goodrich defeated Ken Lamond (in one extra hole) to become the 2026 Mens President's Cup Champion. Congrats Troy! Then we had several matches in the Mens Club Championship bracket contested today. Chris Hillier defeated Chad Scripture, Tom Caron bested Alan Anderson, and Curtis Worcester edged out Chris Casey. Yesterdays winners, along with Josh Hawkes (who previously defeated Kent Johnson Jr. in a nail biter), move on to the Semi-Final round. Super exciting day at The Muni. Fresh of his win yesterday, we caught up with 2025 & 2026 Maine Senior Amateur Champion Tom Caron on the first tee and he gave us a run down of yesterday’s monumental win. The video is a little long but Tom, and the rest of the 110 players, work hard all year long preparing for championships like this and we wanted to make sure that story was told. Again…congrats from your Bangor Muni family Tom.

Tom Caron does it again! For the second year in a row, Tom has claimed the Maine Golf Senior Amateur title. This time at this home track of Bangor Muni. Of course he had to do it in dramatic fashion (again) with a playoff win on the first extra hole ( #17).

Thanks to Maine Golf for the opportunity to host such an incredible event and congratulations to all of the participants. There was some really great golf played here over the last few days and we were honored to be your host.

Congratulations again Tom...we are all proud of you. There is not a finer gentleman than you in our sport and you are an inspiration to all of us!
