Monday 12 noon - I pack out.

Come say goodbye tomorrow — and maybe leave with a foam roller you didn’t know you needed.

I’m wrapping this chapter and trying to break even: pay the teachers for this last month, and get myself moved.

So yes, it’s a liquidation sale. Also yes, your cash actually helps real people (and one slightly frazzled studio owner with a U-Haul in her future).

Noon until I run out of steam. What’s here:

Hey Dockside family,

August 31st is our very last day in the studio.

The usual 6:30 p.m. evening class is cancelled — instead we’re having a little liquidation sale.

Come by at 6:30 and grab whatever’s left: yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters, perfume, miscellaneous exercise equipment, books, and a bunch of odds and ends.

Everything must go.

Bring cash.

It’s been a real honor sharing this space with you. Let’s close the chapter together with some good deals and one last hang.

Meet Riley at FaceRock!

This has been a meaningful chapter. I’m deeply grateful for every person who stepped onto the mat, supported the space, and helped build this small coastal community.
Teaching here has been one of the great privileges of my life.

August will be our final month of classes.
The schedule is up and we’re running it as Pay-What-You-Can so everyone can come practice together one last time.

After August I will continue leading classes online — the practice doesn’t have to end, it just changes form.

To the annual pass holders: I see you, and I’m sorry the year is ending earlier than planned. I don’t have the ability to issue refunds, but I want to make this as right as I can. Please reach out to me directly — I’d like to offer you first choice of the studio props (blankets, bolsters, and more) as a small way of giving something back.
