Hey, Zumba Lovers! 👋🏽 The Mount Washington School is closed today in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸 But I'd like to take a trip down memory lane to last weekend when we had such an amazing time at the MWS health fair! 😍 WOW! What an awesome time!

Started my morning with an awesome Zumba warm-up at the Maryland Zoo 🦁🐯🐻 as 60+ participants prepared to run a 5k for Races at the Oasis! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♂️ A huge THANK YOU to Arica Gonzalez and for putting together such an amazing event! 🤩 I can't wait for the next one!

Such a great time of dancing with this amazing crew! We had quite a few days off for spring break, but everyone showed up today, ready to move! Thanks for setting fire to the dance floor! 🔥 That was HOT! 😎

Zumba Fitness may be on Spring Break until April 9th, but that doesn't mean the dancing has to stop. My niece and my sister got me up and dancing at the beach today for their tiktok video. 🏖🎶 I officially feel like one of the cool kids. 😎 This is your friendly reminder to get up, spend time with the Lord, 🙏🏾📖 and DANCE! 💃🏿🕺 Your body WILL thank you! 😉
