Elevate Your Martial Arts Journey

Would you like to increase your strength, endurance, focus, and discipline with your GKF friends? Push your limits and ignite your spirit with our Week-Long Morning Challenge led by Laoshi Melanie! During the week of November 11th-15th conquer 500 kicks and 1000 punches daily from 6am-7am. All students are welcome. The high volume of kicks and punches is a great way to start your day with less stress. Give it a try!

Let this morning workout help you unleash your inner "early morning kung fu warrior" and transform your body and mind.💪
