The ending was WILD 🚀 it’s honestly crazy to watch the level of talent and athleticism these young men have. Everyone one can dunk, shoot, and handle, we’ve truly raised the athletic bar in hoops and it’s so fun to watch the evolution happen in real time

🚀 you don’t need a gym to put on these inches! Part of the reason I like utilizing these three basic movements is you’re targeting three different pieces of your jump AND they can all be done at home with something as simple as a chair, bench or steps. Becoming a better dunker can be simple! But it requires the effort and consistency!

Screenshot the chart at the end! Most people, let alone hoopers, have never even trained to jump high, which is why there’s so much perception that you need to be tall or naturally gifted. While those things help, you absolutely can make massive strides to improve your vert. Let me know what your standing reach is and how high you need to jump to dunk below ⬇️

Watch the Spin on that first pass 👀 bro put some English on it to thread the needle. With so many isolation highlights on social media, this was one of the most fun I’ve had in a pickup game in a LONG time. It’s a perfect example of how ball movement and court vision can be deadly if you can get your team to make the right cuts and finish their plays.
