We are beyond proud! Alaijah & Paris are Seniors at Dunbar! As their high school volleyball career winds down, we are excited to see what is in store for them. We will continue to support them.

In the second picture, we are also proud of all of the young ladies who have played for us. Syriah (far right), is a student at Towson University. She has returned to Dunbar high school as a Volleyball Coach!!! This is definitely the Mindful Mentors effect! 💙🤞🏽🏐🏐

One of our proudest moments yet! Today,Janae Stackhouse, the JV coach of Poly and Donye Moses, the JV coach of Western played for The Baltimore City championship. Everything has come full circle to see two of our young ladies who started sports with us, went on to play, and are now back coaching the sport that they love. But not just coaching...coaching against each other for the city title. Please congratulate both of them! Give them their flowers today. We are so proud of them. Congratulations to both of you ladies. 💐🏆 Put some respect on our name. 🙏🏽💪🏽🤞🏽💙

Today we must recognize Slide 1: Paris & Emani (Dunbar), slide 2: Rikema (A SENIOR at Forest Park), slide 3: Mya (Dunbar), & slide 4: Alaijah (Dunbar). What excites us the most is to see the growth in these young ladies. They started w/us never having played Volleyball before. Now they are leading their teams! Emani & Alaijah play w/such athleticism!! They are so quick! Paris has a spike & jump serve with that heat! Rikema, is already an athletic bball player & now that she's learned the game, she plays with calmness and court knowledge. WE ARE SO PROUD OF ALL OF YOU. KEEP WORKING! 💪🏽 🏐🏐🏐🏐🏐🏐

It was great to see/support our Mindful Mentees today! Surrayah, Ishmail, & Gabby!! Surrayah & Gabby are in their freshman year at Poly. They are student athletes who are playing Volleyball. Another success story! Please read! Donye began with our program in 6th grade. She was a natural on the court in ALL sports. Her speed & agility set her apart from others. She went on to attend Western High School where she continued to make noise on the bball court. Now, we are proud to announce, that she is the JV BBALL COACH at Western HS! CONGRATS Donye! We will continue to support her & are excited to watch her journey.

TWO OF OUR SENIORS! Syria is a Senior at Dunbar H.S. & Krystalina is a Senior at Western H.S. We are so proud of both of them and excited to see what's next after graduation. Syria is leading her team on the volleyball court at Dunbar. We will continue to support these two in their future endeavors. Love you both! Keep pushing!
