Our sincere condolences go out to Lieutenant Dranbauer's family and to all the members within the Baltimore City Fire Department during this time.

It is with profound sadness that the Baltimore City Fire Department announces that Lieutenant Mark Dranbauer, a 23-year veteran of our department, remains on life support following a sudden and devastating medical emergency. Despite the tireless efforts of medical professionals, we have been informed that Lt. Dranbauer is not expected to recover. As he remains under medical care, updates will be shared as they become available.

Lt. Dranbauer has dedicated more than two decades of his life to serving the people of Baltimore with courage, honor, and unwavering commitment. His leadership, compassion, and dedication to his fellow firefighters and the community will never be forgotten.

We ask the public to keep Lt. Dranbauer, his family, friends, and the entire Baltimore Fire Department in their thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We stand together in grief and gratitude for the service of a true hero.

With a tough, hard faught loss to Cincinnati, our play here at the National Fallen Firefighter Memorial Tournament has ended.

Our players took major strides forward as a team this tournament, making it to Day 3 of the competition and going an overall 4-2 here in Vegas. We're looking forward to the rest of the year and future tournaments to come.

Way to never quit Baltimore!
