The next general meeting is fast approaching. 7:00pm on Monday, 6/1.

In this meeting, we will be voting on 4 potential updates to existing club by-laws and voting on a possible addition to the by-laws. Please come join us and help participate in the governance of YOUR club!

To be clear, these votes will be 1 vote per issue, not one big vote for all 5 proposals.

There is information in the Shack regarding the proposed by-law changes/addition including the exact language that will be voted on. Please check it out, take a picture if you'd like, but we do ask that you leave the materials in the Shack for others.

We are looking for bids to replace the metal on all the outhouses at the club. Any of our members that do this kind of work will be given priority. It is going to be kind of a tight timeline as we'd like to have them done by Dealing Days in July. Jim Preece will be heading up the effort, while LaVergne Pabian, Donald L Smith, and Donald Grant have volunteered to help with the bidding process. If Jim is not available, one of these other fine gentlemen will meet with anyone looking at the job.

Friendly reminder, or perhaps a first time share, that we'll be putting together the Easter baskets for our annual egg hunt tomorrow after the camping meeting. We expect to start the efforts around noon. Please come join us and get some hours in helping to provide a great day for the children of our members and the greater community! Reminder: 2026 Dues ($75 for 65+ and $125 for under 65) are to be paid before 5pm on February 28th.

• If paid between 3/1 and 3/14, there will be a $25 late fee
• If paid between 3/15 and 3/29, there will be a $50 late fee
• After 3/29, renewals will not be accepted. You will need to join as a new member and pay the initiation fee again.

Happy crazy shopping day!

As you are out and about, don't forget that voting for the 2026 board begins today in The Shack. Friday, Saturday, and Sundy voting will take place from 9am-noon and 1pm-5pm. On Monday the 1st, the hours will be 9-am-noon and 1pm through 6:59pm.
