Heads up! The workday that was scheduled for this Saturday, 10/10 has been cancelled.

If you still have hours to get in though, come on out and connect with Geno to see if he has anything specific for you, or do whatever you feel needs done. Cleaning the shack, picking up litter or sticks, etc. Once you have performed the work, you can email your hours to [email protected], or write it down and put it in the drop box in the Shack or on the green barn.

Happy Independence Day!! 🇺🇸🗽🎆 As you are out there celebrating the 250th anniversary of the adoption of America's Declaration of Independence try to also remember, that once the 4th is over, the party is not! We'll be rocking FFG style next weekend on Friday night and all day Saturday. Vendors, activities for the kids, swimming, food trucks, music, and more. And of course, some fireworks to close out the weekend at 10pm on the 11th. Free and open to the public (donations are welcomed at the gate) come join us for our annual Dealin' Days!

The next general meeting is fast approaching. 7:00pm on Monday, 6/1.

In this meeting, we will be voting on 4 potential updates to existing club by-laws and voting on a possible addition to the by-laws. Please come join us and help participate in the governance of YOUR club!

To be clear, these votes will be 1 vote per issue, not one big vote for all 5 proposals.

There is information in the Shack regarding the proposed by-law changes/addition including the exact language that will be voted on. Please check it out, take a picture if you'd like, but we do ask that you leave the materials in the Shack for others.

We are looking for bids to replace the metal on all the outhouses at the club. Any of our members that do this kind of work will be given priority. It is going to be kind of a tight timeline as we'd like to have them done by Dealing Days in July. Jim Preece will be heading up the effort, while LaVergne Pabian, Donald L Smith, and Donald Grant have volunteered to help with the bidding process. If Jim is not available, one of these other fine gentlemen will meet with anyone looking at the job.
