BARRE SPECIALTY CLASS
Tuesday August 30, 2016 at 11:30am Barre is a 1 hour workout that combines elements of Dance, Ballet, Pilates and yoga.
The cost would be $5 for members and $8 for non-members and payments must be paid by August 15, 2016.

Possible Specailty Class for June
Barre is a one hour workout that combines elements of Dance, Ballet, Pilates and Yoga.
The idea is to create a workout that flows seamlessly from one move to another using the principles of high repetitions and isolation to build long lean muscles.
This workout is fun, fat burning, INTENSE yet super effective. Please let the staff know by May 25, 2016 if you are interested in this class.
The cost is $5 for member ansd $8 for non-member.

Join this 8 week bike challenege and race to complete 350 miles!

Twelve week weight loss/maintenance program to help rejuvenate your motivation to practice healthy behaviors to support your weight loss and maintenance goals.

All new members who work out 3 days per week for the duration of the program will receive a one month refund of their membership dues.
*must sign up for a minimum of 6 months membership at the FEDS Fitness Center

Join us to learn about Women and Strength Training at the FEDS Fitness Center. In this educational and interactive seminar, you will:

• Explore the misconceptions surrounding women and weight training
• Discover the impact that strength training has on the body at any age and fitness level, including long term health benefits
• Learn good form vs. bad form with a few key movements through demonstration and assessment
